F.A.Q.
We are operating in a hybrid model.
If you are a participant,
HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
STEP ONE:
Wait for the email from World in Conversation inviting you to register for a dialogue on our registration site as part of a class assignment.
STEP TWO:
Follow the directions in that email and register for a dialogue on a day/time and in a mode (online or in-person) that is convenient for you and not during class time.
STEP THREE:
The location or Zoom link will be in your dashboard on the registration site as well as in the two reminder emails that you will receive — one immediately and another approx. 24 hours in advance of your dialogue.
STEP FOUR:
Join the 95 minute dialogue on the day/time it is scheduled.
Please be sure that you are in a quiet space with strong internet connection when you participate in an online dialogue, and it’s best if you use headphones.
Someone on the World in Conversation team will greet you in the online meeting room or physical location.
We will ensure that your attendance is recorded for course credit (don’t be more than 5 minutes late).
A trained facilitator will then lead the group in a dialogue.
At the end of the dialogue you will be asked to complete a post-program evaluation.
